What is exncluding

• If booked flight is cancelled 10 days before the schedule: 100% refund is applicable
• If booked flight is cancelled 6 days before schedule  50% refund is applicable
• Same day of flight cannot be cancelled, but can be rescheduled for an additional 30% fee.
